• We are pleased to accept payment by eTransfer. Alternatively, payment can be made by debit, credit, or cheque at the facility. Please note that there is a 3.5% surcharge applied to payments made by credit card.

• Your payment is a reservation of your ride time. Payment must be made at the time of booking lessons in order to to reserve your ride time.

•Late fees are charged to accounts in arrears as follows:

a $50 late fee for accounts more than 15 days in arrears

a $100 late fee for accounts more than 30 days in arrears

a $25 administration fee for the application of these late fees

Accounts more than 30 days in arrears will result in the forfeit of the lesson spot.

• At Toronto Equestrian Downtown, the cost per lesson when booked in a block of four is $146+HST (private), $117+HST (semi-private) and $87+HST (group). For lessons booked individually, there is a $20 surcharge. Private lessons booked individually are subject to availability, at a $20 surcharge.

• Semi-private lessons are booked based on the availability of two similarly skilled riders, and are subject to availability. 

• Lessons booked in a block of four must be taken in four consecutive weeks with payment for subsequent blocks of lessons due on the last day of the previous block.

• All lessons are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Toronto Equestrian is pleased to offer makeup lessons for group, private, and semi private lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. We do not offer makeup lessons for missed Introductory Course lessons.

• Makeup lessons must be taken within 30 days of the lesson cancellation. Riders must hold current rider status in the program for makeup lessons to be honoured.

• Makeup lessons will be scheduled at a time other than the rider’s regular ride time, and will not act as substitute for a regularly scheduled lesson.

• Makeup lessons scheduled and cancelled are not subject to reschedule, and are forfeit.

• Lessons cancelled with less than 24-hours notice are forfeit. No exceptions.

• Makeup lessons must be taken within 30 days of the lesson cancellation. Riders must hold current rider status in the program for makeup lessons to be honoured.

• Makeup lessons scheduled and cancelled are not subject to reschedule, and are forfeit.
